Fido Promo Sign Up

As a UX Designer on the Digital Optimization team at Rogers Communications, worked on Fido Promotions Email Sign Up page build, resultings traffic driving tests, and implementations.

The Promotions Email Sign Up page encouraged customers to sign up for emails about various Fido promos.

We ran A/B tests for a promotion widget, on the promotion page. That widget leads to the Promotions Email Sign Up Page and it resulted in one version having a 50% lift compared to the original. However it had no significant impact on successful form completion.

A later stage of this project introduced a Fido.ca homepage test and successful implementation. The goal was to increase lead generation traffic to the Promotions Email Sign Up Page. The homepage widget resulted in a 50% traffic lift towards the signup form. Compared to normal traffic from homepage, to promotion page, to sign up form.

Although our implementation had created a lift in traffic to the Promo Email Sign Up page, the form on the page itself is not converting users to successfully sign up.
