As a Visual Designer on the Service UXD team at Rogers Communications, worked on a project that created a new support article page for Billing Support: Bill Charges for the Rogers.com website.
The page is a combination of FAQs and links to assist customers with billing related issues and information.
The page had 4 sub sections broken up by service type: General Billing, Wireless, TV / Internet / Hope Phone, and Smart Home Monitoring. Each of those sub sections had their own FAQ content and Fee Definitions content that would change based on the section toggle. We created a Quick Links section to address customer navigation needs towards the most frequently accessed content. The Quick Links section was based on the Deep Links section on Rogers.com homepage, it was added into the new template for these types of support articles.
