Rogers Homepage

As a UX Designer on the Digital Optimization team at Rogers Communications, worked on several test and implementation projects on Rogers.com homepage. The project requirements were to help customer navigation by moving and creating a columned content section. The test metric was the aggregated CTR on the 3 banners vs the originals.

The result was a 130% CTR lift and an implementation after an extensive redesign to better fit the new brand guidelines. Additionally, this resulted in review of the other ads on the homepage, the global footer, and tertiary content section.

The tertiary content section was tested for any negative impact upon its removal in order to reduce scroll time and content overload. After having no significant impact on all the other sections of the page it was deemed a success and implemented by removing the section. Which led to the restyling of the global footer and the other ads to create continuity across the whole home page. All of these went on into qualitative usability testing.
