PointClickCare App
As a Lead Visual Designer and UX Designer on the UX team at PointClickCare, I built a task management, schedule management, and documentation app for iOS and Android. The application was used by caregivers, nurses, and management within nursing homes, retirement facilities, hospice care, etc.
The project included research and testing, replacing existing print based brand colors which weren’t accessible, creating typography hierarchy, avatar image standardization, sourcing an icon set and building custom icons as needed, creating components and entire screen flows for the application. The app entailed tasks list within shifts, resident screens, documentation flows, all the associated advanced controls and filters, etc.
I assisted in facilitating remote and in person testing through prototypes and A / B testing. I created prototypes and problem-solved through project challenges.
